The Tenderly Mission

We’re here to make Web3 go Mainstream.

In a space that’s evolving fast, it’s easy to get caught up in the noise. Our mission keeps us grounded. It’s the reason Tenderly exists, the lens through which we build, and the direction we’re all moving toward - together. It helps us stay focused on what actually matters: creating real impact for developers and shaping the future of web3.

Our mission statement and the why behind it.

Our mission statement and the why behind it.

The Tenderly Values

Our values guide how we build - intentionally, collaboratively, and with real impact in mind. They are a foundation of how we collaborate, grow, and show up for one another. We care about people who align with these principles, because that’s how we keep raising the bar and delivering products developers actually love to use.

:core-values_fanatic-drive: Fanatic Drive

We are passionate about the problems our users face and we are individually invested in solving them as quickly as possible. We are captivated by these problems, and obsessively motivated to discover the most effective ways to solve them. We understand the magnitude of the challenge ahead of us and approach our work with the same level of intensity. As team members, we take breaks, but we understand that Web3 and Tenderly do not.

:core-values_underdog-mentality: Underdog Mentality

We are driven to tackle impossible challenges and reject the status quo. We believe that there is always a better, more efficient and impactful way to do things. We are constantly striving to achieve what no one has ever done before, in an industry that has never been seen before, and at a faster pace than anyone thought was possible. This is a typical day for us. We are not striving for perfection; we are working on what is absolutely necessary to advance our space. Our fight is larger than us, larger than our competition today, and the only way we stop being an underdog is when blockchain becomes a given.

:core-values_inward-responsibility: Inward Responsibility

We are honest in our self-evaluation and hold ourselves to the highest standards. We begin by examining ourselves and how we can improve, before taking action. We don't blame others or focus on their shortcomings until we have considered how our own actions can affect the outcome. We also encourage feedback and are willing to learn from it, knowing that it comes from a place of diligence and good intentions.
