⏳ This step is usually scheduled within a few days of your application or initial contact.
What it is:
A conversation with someone from our People team, typically lasting 30–45 minutes. We’ll dive into your experience, motivations, and what you’re looking for - while also giving you an overview of Tenderly, the role, and our culture.
Goal:
To explore a mutual fit—both in terms of your skills and how well you align with our values, work style, and team dynamics.

After the intro call, we’ll share the salary range for the role to make sure it aligns with your expectations before moving forward. Transparency is important to us, and we want to make sure we’re aligned from the start.

⏳ These interviews are usually completed within 1–2 weeks after your intro call, depending on scheduling.
What it is:
One or two interviews with potential teammates or hiring managers, usually involving a practical task or case study related to the role, followed by a discussion of your thought process and approach.
