The total number of transactions is calculated as a total of your mainnet and testnet combined (or if we support just your testnet or just your mainnet then it’s just for the network we support). The total is taken at the end of the month and that number is looked at as a base for any overage charges. The overage charges vary based on the tier, starting at 72 USD all the way to 12 USD.
