Upgrading to a higher tier is almost instantaneous.

All you have to do is reach out to us at [email protected] or ping in your joint Slack channel with Tenderly, and we can get you upgraded in 24 hours.

The process is simple:

• We would make sure we assign you the new TUs based on the tier you select
• We send out a quick document that states that your tier has been upgraded and the new quota applies
• We adjust your RPC limits and throughput in line with your new tier.

But, can I also downgrade?

No, we don’t offer downgrading as part of our contract.

It would be detrimental to your users and, with our setup, it’s not possible. We recommend that if you are not sure you start at a lower tier, and upgrade as you grow your network.
