You are still not discoverable on the Tenderly dashboard, however there is a link in the documentation, and announcement change-log on our website. Tenderly reserves the right to make your network discoverable on the dashboard/website/docs.
You will be publicly listed in our Tenderly dashboard, documentation and website. You are fully searchable by all Tenderly users.
From Ecosystem Starter and upwards others on your network can access your testnet.
